We decided to shoot Kassie and Robert's engagement photos around Fort Worth a few weeks ago and we really got some cool stuff! They are both Aggies so I am sure the wedding will be a ton of fun! Here are a few of my faves....
We shot Melissa and Clint's wedding a couple of weeks ago and we all had a wonderful time! Everything took place at the Coyote Ridge Golf Club and Tiffany and her staff did an AMAZING job of coordinating and running the event! The place looked fantastic as the decor was done by the great folks at Sahana Floral.
Melissa and Clint looked stunning and all of their friends and family were so much fun to be around! Here are a few highlights from the day that Andrew and I took....
Melissa getting her makeup done...
Melissa and her dad walk down the aisle...
A great moment during the ceremony...
I love the textures and the mood of this one!
One of my faves from the day...
Melissa kicked off her shoes to dance!
And a fun sparkler exit!
Congrats again Melissa and Clint!!!
I'm really excited and proud to finally launch a new site, www.RingsToRattles.com! (Special thanks once again to the great folks at Photoidentites.com for creating such an easy and fun website and TripleScoopMusic for providing the ultra cool music!
As many of you know, I've been asked to do many speaking engagements around the country in the next year and while I love teaching photography, my busy business just won't allow me to do it that often. That being said, I decided to join forces with Alycia and offer a few unique, hands-on workshops, which will focus not only on wedding photography(my thing), but also maternity and babies (Alycia's department).
We are limiting each workshop to only 15 lucky people each as we want to ensure that everyone attending gets the most out of it. If you are a photographer interested in improving your skills and growing your business, then this is the perfect workshop for you! Check out the site for more information!

I photographed these two a few weeks ago and found a VERY cool new secret location! We had a total blast during the session and got some really neat shots! Here are a few...
A sweet moment...
We had and AMAZING sunset and this is what we ended up with!!!
I definitely cannot WAIT to shoot the wedding!!
As some of you know, my Grandmother on my mom's side passed away late last week. She was near 90 years old and lived a full and wonderful life. She chose to live all of her life in South America and raised 6 wonderful kids. Since she lived in South America, I didn't get to see her as often as I would have liked. Some of my fondest childhood memories consisted of her in them as she used to "babysit" us when we were little kids.
I still remember one instance where I decided that it would be fun to play with my Grandfather's cigarette lighter as I was infatuated with how it worked. Well, I darned near burned the whole house down when I caught a piece of paper towel on fire, but Grandma came running in to save the day! She was always looking out for us and I'll never forget that.
She was a very sweet and caring woman who truly loved life and she will be missed by all of us. I do know that she is in a much better place and free from any pain now.
Here is a cute little photo I found of my Grandparents with all of their daughters. (My mom is in the bottom left.)
Wow, there are seriously not enough hours in my days as I have been shooting, editing, and designing albums almost around the clock in order to get caught up!! So, I apologize for my lack of blog posts lately!
I shot Linsy and Justin's wedding last week and we all had a great time! It was a very emotional day and we got some beautiful shots!! Here are a few of my favorites...
Linsy's gorgeous dress lit with window light...
Her beautiful bouquet...
I thought this was a cool shot of Linsy getting her makeup done by the FABULOUS Susie Gray while the flower girl sits in the background getting ready herself.
OK, Justin simply wins Groom of the year as his gift to Linsy was a scrapbook full of memories of the history of their relationship! It included such things as the receipt from their first date as well as the movie tickets to their first movie, etc.... !! Linsy was practically speechless!
The guys say a prayer before the ceremony...
Linsy and her parents make their way down the aisle...
I love this moment as Justin sees her for the first time at the altar!
A wide angled shot of the ceremony...
Since the reception was at the Omni Mandalay, we went outside and took a few shots around the canal...
WOW!!! Linsy looks STUNNING here!
You can tell that she is happy!
We had a cool breeze and it helped blow the veil!
There were 2 giant screens set up in the room and I thought it would make for a cool shot of the first dance!
They also had an Indian dancer.(She was very good too!)
Congrats again guys! I hope the honeymoon is a blast!!
